Production Cycle: We are a custom manufacturing facility. Once you place an order, we begin producing your items immediately—a dedicated manufacturer that customizes even single-item orders.
Production takes 3-5 days. Shipping duration varies by distance: 5-10 days.
Fastest: 8-10 days for delivery.
Slowest: 10-15 days for delivery.
If customs clearance delays extend shipping time, delivery may take 15-20 days. For significant customs delays, we will email you before shipment. If no response is received, we will issue a refund.

We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL and GOFO). The speed of shipping depends on how much time they need to deal with the packages, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time as well.

2. About Tracking Number:
Once the package is sent, we will send you a shipment notification e-mail. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in the e-mail or by logging in to your account on gamestylechanger.com.
3. About Taxes:
For most countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees, customs duties or VAT (valuable additional taxes). However, We never charge users customs clearance fees.

4. About Shipping Addresses:
Please make sure and double check that you input your correct address and contact information before placing the order. Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. And input your information in the appropriate fields.

5. About Changing Shipping Addresses:
Please contact us in time to check the status of your order if you need to change the order information. Because shipping addresses cannot be changed once the package is sent. You need to contact local delivery carrier to change to your new address once the package has been sent out.
6. About Shipping Fees on Wholesale:

7. About The Package Delivery:

Return & Exchange
- When returning any part of your order, please email to our Customer Service at Service@gamestylechanger.com first, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- Our Customer Service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.After getting the tracking number, send it to our customer service mailbox so that we can distinguish the order, otherwise it will not be accepted
- If your return request is accepted, most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
