Credit card details are never stored on the Gamestylechanger website in any way, and are passed on directly to our Payment Gateway for authorization and authentication. WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships.
If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. Your total should adjust to reflect your discount. Some discounts and promos do not require a code and will be applied automatically.

No. Only one discount offer or promotion may be used per order.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

I SELECTED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR/ADDRESS. CAN THE INFORMATION BE CHANGED?
If you need to change your order information, please contact us in time to check the status of your order. If your package has not been sent out, we can change the size, color or your personal information for you.
Once the package has been sent out, you need to contact our customer service and we will contact the carrier to check whether the package information can be changed. CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to service@gamestylechanger.com with your order information. We will evaluate the issue, and if we agree that the problem is on our part, we will send you a new product for free.
Please note that any damaged items after 30 days of delivery cannot be returned or refunded. Unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection or not contacting us to modify the information before the package sent cannot be considered as a product quality problem and are the responsibility of the customer.
We can provide free size exchange service, but customers need to pay the shipping cost for sending the original product back. After receiving and checking the original product, we will send the item with new size out. If you are not sure about the size choice, you can send an email or private message to contact us for help.
4. CAN I CANCEL/MAKE CHANGES TO THE ORDER I JUST PLACED?
It is only possible to make a change to your order if the order has not been processed. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (service@gamestylechanger.com) with your change/cancellation request details included, this will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.
5. SHIPPING:
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts: Total time = Processing time + Shipping time. *Processing Time: The order processing time depe nds on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the in dividual product It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order (while some items may need 3-7 business days or longer). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

MY PACKAGE IS SHOWING AS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier and provide your tracking number for more information.

Production Cycle: We are a custom manufacturing facility. Once you place an order, we begin producing your items immediately—a dedicated manufacturer that customizes even single-item orders.
Production takes 3-5 days. Shipping duration varies by distance: 5-10 days.
Fastest: 8-10 days for delivery.
Slowest: 10-15 days for delivery.
If customs clearance delays extend shipping time, delivery may take 15-20 days. For significant customs delays, we will email you before shipment. If no response is received, we will issue a refund.

We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL and GOFO). The speed of shipping depends on how much time they need to deal with the packages, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time as well.

3. About Taxes:
For most countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees, customs duties or VAT (valuable additional taxes). However, We never charge users customs clearance fees.

4. About Shipping Addresses:

5. About Changing Shipping Addresses:

6. About Shipping Fees on Wholesale:

7. About The Package Delivery:

Return & Exchange
- When returning any part of your order, please email to our Customer Service at Service@gamestylechanger.com first, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- Our Customer Service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.After getting the tracking number, send it to our customer service mailbox so that we can distinguish the order, otherwise it will not be accepted
- If your return request is accepted, most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
