Returns and Exchanges:
1. As these items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns without cause. We only accept claims for quality issues. For quality concerns, please record a video and email it to us. We will respond to your inquiry and resolve the issue within 24 hours. What constitutes a quality issue: damage or deterioration.
2. If you are dissatisfied due to incorrect sizing, fabric, pattern, or other details, we only offer partial compensation for that specific item. If you insist on returning the item for a refund, since it is a custom product, you must cover the return shipping costs and ensure the garment is clean when returned to our warehouse. Upon inspection and confirmation, we will issue a full refund.
3. As a new factory seller, we may occasionally encounter issues with individual packages during sales, production, or shipping. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in such cases. Thank you for trusting our store. We offer coupons for new arrivals to buyers who demonstrate high integrity and tolerance. For malicious, overly critical buyers who initiate disputes without email communication or act impulsively, we will generally process their requests slowly. Serious cases may result in bank card blacklisting.
Return Processes
When returning any part of your order, please email to our Customer Service at service@gamestylechanger.com. first, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
Our Customer Service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
Drop off your package at the local post office.After getting the tracking number, send it to our customer service mailbox so that we can distinguish the order, otherwise it will not be accepted.
If your return request is accepted, most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations. Return Conditions.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Items with non-returnable marks cannot be returned.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Please note that unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection or not contacting us to modify the information before the package sent cannot be considered as a product quality problem and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the loss or return of the package due to incomplete or incorrect information when placing an order and not contacting us before delivery. Please note that once the package leaves the Customs of the origin, the shipping responsibility will be handed over to the carrier. If the package is lost during this period, please contact the carrier for your inquiry and claim.

The package that has been dispatched or in transit cannot be refunded. If the product itself has quality problems, please contact our customer service WITHN 24 hours . We will send you a new product free of charge after verifying your order information and product breakage.

Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we'll refund you in full. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a support ticket through Contact Us. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. We cannot accept cancellations after an order has already shipped.
