Production Cycle: We are a custom manufacturing facility. Once you place an order, we begin producing your items immediately—a dedicated manufacturer that customizes even single-item orders. Production takes 3-5 days. Shipping duration varies by distance: 5-10 days. Fastest: 8-10 days for delivery. Slowest: 10-15 days for delivery. If customs clearance delays extend shipping time, delivery may take 15-20 days. For significant customs delays, we will email you before shipment. If no response is received, we will issue a refund.

1. As these items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns without cause. We only accept claims for quality issues. For quality concerns, please record a video and email it to us. Return Processes

Our Customer Service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
